Flight Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy

(Charges will appear on your statement as “syncadventura.com”)

At SyncTax, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to make our flight ticket cancellation and refund policy as clear and easy to understand as possible. Please read through the following information carefully, and don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions.

Flight Ticket Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your flight ticket, you may do so by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team. The amount of refund you receive depends on the type of ticket you purchased and the time of cancellation.

Some tickets may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Any fees charged by the airline are non-refundable. Additionally, any changes made to your ticket may result in additional fees or charges.

Flight Ticket Refund Policy

If your flight has been canceled by the airline, you may be eligible for a refund. If informed at least 48 hours before the ticket time, a 100% refund will be provided. The amount of refund depends on the airline’s policy. Our customer service team can assist you through the refund process.

Our service fees associated with the original travel reservation or booking are non-refundable. Refund processing may take 60-90 days depending on supplier response and card processing timelines. Refund fees are charged per ticket per person and only apply if a refund has been authorized by the supplier. If the supplier denies the refund, we will refund any of our processing fees, excluding the original service fees.
