This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as SYNCTAX.
At Synctax Web Development, we strive to deliver services that meet and exceed your expectations. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation is necessary.
Clients may cancel a project at any stage by providing written notice.
If cancellation occurs before work has started, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued.
If cancellation occurs after work has started, a partial refund may be provided depending on the stage of completion.
Refund eligibility is determined as follows:
100% Refund: If no work has started.
Partial Refund: If the project is partially completed, we will deduct costs for completed work and refund the balance.
No Refund: If the project is fully completed and delivered, refunds are not applicable.
Certain services such as domain registration, hosting purchases, and third-party integrations are non-refundable once processed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the client’s original payment method.
