All website code, graphics, and designs created by Synctax remain our property until full payment is made.
After full payment, ownership is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
Clients must provide accurate project requirements, content, and approvals on time.
Any delays caused by incomplete information may extend the delivery timeline.
Project timelines will be agreed upon before work begins.
Minor adjustments are included in the package, but additional changes may incur extra costs.
Synctax Web Development will not be held liable for losses arising from misuse of the website, downtime caused by hosting providers, or third-party integrations.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website performance due to factors beyond our control.
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Refunds (if applicable) will follow our Refund Policy.
